As cold and windy as it is here in East Lansing tonight, I'm reminded of my recent trip to Chicago during non other than the Midwest's coldest weekend of the season. Timing couldn't have been better for a trip to the Windy City where the winds have a lovely way of picking up momentum as they swirl around the buildings and driving the icy wind straight through every layer you happen to be wearing. ¡Friíssimo!
